Products: There are no returns or refunds on products as everything is completely custom printed as you order. If your apparel is the incorrect size, you can exchange for the correct size for an additional charge of 50% of the new item. IF you receive a damaged item, we will reprint and send you the new item asap. If you simply aren't happy with a final product in paper due to a slight color alteration, misprint or damage to one out of a large order (say like on notepads or business cards), or other such issues, we cannot amend these problems for the following: A) color on the screen will vary from a printed product; B) sometimes products get damaged in shipping or deliver; C) Paper products must be treated with care and we cannot guarantee they will arrive to you in perfect condition; D) We strive to product high quality products. Photo Sessions: We do require full payment 48+ hours before session begins.
We are more than willing to work with you should you need to reschedule for any reason. If you need to cancel before the payment deadline, no problem. If it is after the payment deadline (48 hours before session) we will refund you 75% of your session fee. (There are no fees to reschedule!)
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Services have no shipping costs (or taxes).
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access and ability to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact forms, or product orders. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
