Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

Products: There are no returns or refunds on products as everything is completely custom printed as you order. If your apparel is the incorrect size, you can exchange for the correct size for an additional charge of 50% of the new item. IF you receive a damaged item, we will reprint and send you the new item asap. Again, as everything is custom printed, there are no refunds or returns.

Photo Sessions: We do require full payment 48+ hours before session begins.
We are more than willing to work with you should you need to reschedule for any reason. If you need to cancel before the payment deadline, no problem. If it is after the payment deadline (48 hours before session) we will refund you 75% of your session fee. (There are no fees to reschedule!)

SHIPPING POLICY
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Services have no shipping costs (or taxes).

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access and ability to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact forms, or product orders. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We do use third party credit card processors which means that we at Bassett Design do NOT have access to your credit card information.  (See PayPal Privacy policy and Stripe Privacy Policy).

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. when you pay for your order, or to ship an order. (see ShipRush Privacy Policy)

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
